Exchanges and Returns

  1. Exchanges: We accept exchanges of products in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging, within 7 days from the date of delivery. You can choose to exchange it for another item from our catalog or receive a credit for future purchases.
  1. Returns: If you wish to return a product for any reason, we also accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in original condition, without signs of use, with all labels and packaging intact. After inspection and approval of the return, the amount will be refunded according to the original form of payment.

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs related to the exchange or return of products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the exchange or return is an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong or defective product.
  1. Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange the exchange or return of the product and cover shipping costs.
