UPPER STD: has midline marking with 3 lines, serving the normal upper arch.
LOWER STD or UPPER P: has midline marking with 2 lines, serving the normal lower arches or small upper arches.
LOWER P: has a midline marking with 1 line, serving the small lower arch (for children).
